About LaborAll
Real Skills. Real Opportunities. A Better Way to Hire.
Building a Better Future for Blue-Collar Work
Behind every building, clean home, repaired electrical system, and successful business is someone whose work makes it possible.
Yet finding the right worker is still unnecessarily difficult. Companies rely on personal recommendations, scattered contacts, and endless phone calls. Skilled workers, meanwhile, can spend years developing their expertise without having a proper way to show it to potential employers.
LaborAll was created to change that.
We are a Beirut-based recruitment and labor-tech initiative connecting skilled tradespeople, blue-collar workers, and service professionals with businesses that need their experience.
Today, we help companies source and screen candidates while giving workers a way to build professional profiles and become visible beyond their personal networks.
Our ambition goes further: to build the workforce infrastructure that makes skills, experience, and professional reputation accessible across Lebanon and eventually the Middle East.
Why We Started
LaborAll began with a question from the construction industry:
How can we better understand and recognize the actual work happening on-site?
In 2018, research at the American University of Beirut explored how smartphone sensors and motion data could contribute to measuring construction labor productivity.
That research helped shape an ambitious vision: a future where workforce decisions could be supported by reliable data rather than assumptions alone.
But as the idea developed, a more immediate problem became clear.
Before measuring workers’ performance, we first need a better way to identify workers, understand their skills, document their experience, and connect them with opportunities.
A highly experienced electrician might have no CV. A carpenter may have excellent examples of completed work but no professional website. A cleaner with years of experience may depend entirely on recommendations to find the next employer.
Their experience exists. What is missing is the infrastructure to make it visible.
That realization shaped the LaborAll we are building today.
What We Do Today
For Workers
We help skilled workers create professional identities based on what they actually do.
A worker’s profile can include their trade, experience, location, expected rates, availability, and examples of previous work.
You don’t need a university degree or a traditional CV to demonstrate practical skills.
By registering with LaborAll, workers can be considered when relevant employers request candidates.
For Companies
Hiring shouldn’t mean starting your search from zero every time.
LaborAll helps companies source candidates, collect relevant professional information, and identify workers whose experience matches specific requirements.
Whether a business needs an electrician, carpenter, cleaner, delivery driver, supervisor, or customer service employee, our approach focuses on understanding the actual requirements of the job.
We coordinate the recruitment process and introduce suitable candidates. The hiring decision remains with the employer.
Our Mission
To make skilled work visible and make hiring more accessible, transparent, and efficient.
We believe workers deserve recognition for their experience, and employers deserve a better way to discover that experience.
Our Vision
A future where every worker has a professional identity and every business can find talent based on skills, not connections.
We are working toward a connected workforce ecosystem in which professional history follows workers throughout their careers, helping them access opportunities and helping companies make better hiring decisions.
From Recruitment to Workforce Intelligence
We see recruitment as the starting point, not the destination.
Our long-term direction connects five important elements:
Worker Registration → Professional Profiles → Recruitment & Matching → Workforce Management → Workforce Intelligence
Over time, our research-led vision also includes exploring wearable technology, workforce analytics, and better ways to understand productivity in the field.
These are future development directions, not a claim that all these capabilities are already available.
Why LaborAll Matters
For too long, professional recognition has depended on having the right contacts, qualifications, or online presence.
But practical skills do not always come with certificates.
An experienced tradesperson should have a way to demonstrate years of work. A business should have access to information that makes choosing the right person easier.
LaborAll is working to connect those two needs.
Because the people who do the work deserve to be seen.
